Modern static caravan, new in 2023. Full mains services (or equivalent); mains electric, site gas, mains water, site waste. Fully insulated and double-glazed.

Overlooking Chesil Beach, on Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. Many local eateries, attractions & great base for exploring the many AONBs in West Dorset. Swimming beaches at Hive Beach, West Bay & Weymouth (voted"Best beach in Britain, Sunday Times").

To the West- Bridport (with it’s famous Wed & Sat street markets), Charmouth (Jurassic Coast centre, renowned fossil beach) and charming historical Lyme Regis. To the East- Lulworth Cove & Durdle Door.

Sleeps up to five - Two bedrooms, one double and two singles plus sofa bed in lounge. Full shower room with toilet and basin - combi-boiler for hot water. Gas central heating, with fan heaters for added warmth if needed.

All towels and bed linen / tea, coffee, milk, biscuits / plus household stuff (kitchen and loo rolls, wash-up liquid, etc) is provided. Plus iron and board, clothes dryer. Coin laundrette and small shop on site.

Lots of other useful local info in caravan - Jurassic Coast guide, OS map, Dorset Wildlife Trust and more. Outside; small patio/garden with chairs, table, loungers and sun umbrella available.
