Join the Jurassic Coast Trust’s expert Ambassadors for a leisurely, family-friendly walk to Bowleaze Cove, near Weymouth.

Meeting point is Bowleaze Coveway. Plenty of street parking is available out of season, and car parking is available (at your own cost) at various points leading to Coveway (e.g. The Beachside).

Walks begin at 10am (dependant on tide), and are completed in approximately 2 hours.

The walks are gentle and suitable for all ages and most abilities, and well-behaved dogs are also welcome. 

The cove is on the Jurassic Coast and is known for its geology. The beach is made up of mainly shingle and shell with some sandy areas. A small pier divides the beach near the River Jordan outflow.

Tickets for Adults are £15 per person,  with Jurassic Coast Trust Members getting 10% off this price. Children are £5 per person.

All orders are valid only for the date booked and are non-transferable. All orders must include at least one adult's ticket. Thank you.
