The obvious place to start is Walking – this is one of the world’s great walking destinations, and is supported by a superb network of walking trails to help you explore on foot to your heart’s content. Venturing out to sea, the coast offers a bevy of Watersports (kayaking, coasteering and stand-up paddleboarding to name a few) along with the always popular Boat Trips.
Swimming is becoming ever more popular here and is a great way to experience the coastline in its most elemental form. ‘Blue space’ is a widely acknowledged booster of Health & Wellbeing, and it’s one of the reasons our coastline is so beloved by so many.
