Lulworth Cove

About

Guided walks to the Lulworth Fossil Forest led by Jurassic Coast Ambassador John Scott. One walk over Easter on Wednesday 5 April and another in early Summer on Saturday 3 June.

Walks start at the Lulworth Cove Visitor Centre, and take in the fascinating geology and geomorphology of the Fossil Forest and Stair Hole. Starting at 10am - back at the Centre by 12:00pm.

Dates: Dates: Wednesday 5 April and Saturday 3 June.

£10 per adult (£5 for JCT Members), free for children - BOOK HERE

Please bring enough money to cover your parking (see here for charges) across the walk's duration, plus suitable clothing and footwear for a coastal walk.

The Fossil Forest is one of the World Heritage Site's most fascinating locations - a glimpse into an ancient world and the mighty trees which once grew here. These walks also take in nearby Stair Hole, a spectacular geological formation that provides clues to the formation of the Alps, millions of years ago.
