Oakdown Holiday Park

About

Oakdown Holiday Park in Devon is one of the UK's 5-star holiday parks. For over forty years the Park has been carefully fashioned by the Franks family, from the open Devonshire meadowland to its current multi-award winning standard. No straight lines here, just gentle curves, spacious groves, seclusion, privacy and peace and quiet, all just a stone's throw from the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

Level and generously-sized camping and touring pitches (suitable for all types of unit) are divided into groves and separated by pretty trees and shrubs. Each pitch offers excellent privacy, serviced with electric hook-up or super-serviced pitches adding water and drainage. A limited number of pitches are also suitable for those large RVs and American style motorhomes.

Barrel pods are fully insulated against the weather with double-glazing, a double bed and two singles. You'll also find electric sockets, lighting and heating, plus your own picnic bench alongside. Our Premier pods have an extra central section which includes a dining table, fridge/freezer, microwave and shelving for food.

The characterful shepherd's huts are another glamping option at Oakdown Holiday Park, each finished in its own unique style. Sleeping four, the huts include a large double bed, sofa bed, breakfast bar, fridge, kettle and toaster, as well as TV/DVD and patio with table and chairs.

Finally, a number of high-end caravans and lodges are also available for hire, and to buy, all set in a beautifully landscaped holiday home area. The stunning beaches of the Jurassic Coast, and charming East Devon locales of Sidmouth and Beer are within easy reach. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Open from 17 March - 5 Nov 2023.
