Martin's Bar and Restaurant

About

Martin’s Bar & Restaurant is a spacious and modern venue located at Highlands End Holiday Park, overlooking Bridport and West Bay. Offering friendly service and a locally-sourced menu of quality food and drink, as well as Costa Coffee. There are a number of events that take place throughout the year, including regular live music, children’s entertainment and themed evenings as well as the popular weekly curry night and Sunday carvery. The venue is also available to hire for parties, meetings, weddings and other private functions.

Martin’s is family and dog friendly, with a large beer garden with children’s play area and an indoor soft play area for younger children. Next door you can find a 9 hole pitch n putt course with spectacular views of West Bay.

The Bar & Restaurant is also home to one of the country’s largest and most significant collections of fire-fighting memorabilia. Collected over 3 decades by Martin himself, who served as a Retained Leading Firefighter. The display includes a 1902 Merryweather horse-drawn steam engine, a 1936 Leyland Fire Engine and hundreds of helmets, hoses, photographs and other artifacts that draw enthusiasts from all over the country.
