Newlands Holiday Park

About

Nestling beside the World Heritage village of Charmouth, Newlands Holiday Park in Dorset is the perfect spot for camping and caravan touring on Dorset's Jurassic Coast.

Our friendly, family-run park offers comfortable accommodation set in 23 acres of landscaped grounds, surrounded by the beautiful Dorset countryside. We welcome everyone and offer a wide range of accommodation including lodges, caravans, apartments, and glamping pods.

We also have one of the best campsites in Dorset, with all the facilities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!  We are open from early March to early November.

Facilities including the recently renovated Tow Bar & Restaurant which serves bar food to eat in or take away. Our bar serves locally produced beers, vodka and gin. We also have a popular on-site Spar shop, modern amenity blocks complete with laundry facilities, gaming zone, plus indoor and outdoor play areas.
Newlands Leisure Centre hosts our onsite gym, indoor pool with sauna and hot tub and outdoor pool with a toddler splash zone.

You can leave the car behind whilst staying at Newlands, enjoying walks along Stonebarrow's National Trust estate to Golden Cap, or take the fantastic route along the Jurassic Coast with First buses - see our Local Area page for more details.

We are the ideal base if you envisage spending time exploring the 95 miles of Jurassic coastline, located centrally between Exmouth and Swanage near to Charmouth. With Charmouth's beach being one of the very best places in the world to find fossils and prehistoric remains, rocks ranging from 100 to 195 million years old can be found here! The historic town of Lyme Regis, known as "The Pearl of Dorset" is just a few miles to the west, with West Bay and Bridport to the east.
